1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Our standard delivery time to the UK is approximately 8 business days after dispatch.

2. Do you charge for shipping or customs duties?

No — all prices on our website include shipping and import taxes. You won’t pay anything extra at delivery.

3. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind due to the high cost of international return shipping.

4. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

5. How are the products packaged?

Our items are carefully packed using bubble wrap or protective padding inside secure boxes to prevent damage during shipping.

6. Will all items in my order arrive together?

Yes — if you purchase a set or multiple items, we will do our best to ship them together in one parcel whenever possible.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow the delivery progress.

8. Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment, we are focused on delivering to customers within the United Kingdom only.
